Three days in Sabina (Montasola) in the name of nature, immersed in the wonderful and unknown corner of the province of Rieti where the Farfa river penetrates gorges that have always been inaccessible.

The uncontaminated nature of Sabina makes it one of the most beautiful corners of our Italy. From the succession of hills and ridges up to the highest peaks. From the unknown plateaus to its enchanting and mysterious lakes. From its winding streams to the sinuous bends of the blond Tiber.

Package includes

- 2 nights in an independent apartment
(double room, living room, private bathroom, heating, wooden beams, panoramic terrace);

- Mediterranean breakfast;

- 2 meals with typical menu, drinks included (water and house wine);

- Saturday: Guided excursion to the Farfa river gorges
(remains of a Roman water mill, a Roman bridge and an intact medieval bridge; path that goes into the gorges);

- Vegetarian lunch at a farmhouse. Visit to a Roman villa only partially brought to light.
(Sunday free to visit the lake reserve north of Rieti).

The apartments and rooms of the farmhouse are all located in the historic center of Montasola, in the splendid hinterland of Rome, all panoramic, independent and furnished with period furniture.

At the Montepiano farmhouse, guests can experience the simple life of the countryside, between pleasant walks and moments of relaxation, planning excursions into nature or itineraries to discover Rome.

Montepiano Farmhouse is located in an enchanting corner of Sabina a few kilometers from Rome, among olive groves and historic woods.

The company offers hospitality in an ancient and suggestive sixteenth-century building, owned by the family for about three centuries, which is located in the historic center of Montasola.
